Kirsten played for my wedding in the SC Botanical Gardens. She traveled all the way from Charlotte in the rain, and was right on time for my ceremony. Unfortunately, some of my guests were less punctual and arrived a half hour late, but Kirsten was poised and professional, and played beautifully until everyone arrived. The music we selected helped set the mood for every moment. And right on cue when Kirsten's fingers plucked the first notes of our processional, the rain stopped, the clouds parted, and she played in the sunshine that would fill the rest of our wedding day. I can't say she single handedly banished the rain, but at the time, it sure felt that way.

Kirsten was fabulous. She began playing 30 minutes before the ceremony and through our reception. We received several compliments about her as most people have not experienced music by a harpist. We had a pretty informal reception and her music fit right in so do not think a harpist is just for formal occasions. She was worth every penny.

Kirsten's beautiful harp performance for our son's rehearsal dinner was beautiful. We believe having Kirsten at our event, took the event from plain vanilla - to WOW! We received many compliments from our guests. Kirsten was punctual, professional and played to perfection. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful harp player. I actually did not physically meet Kirsten until two hours before the wedding ceremony. We had talked on the phone and emailed each other several times prior to the event. All I can say if she was the best and that the music was beautiful. I would glady recommend her to anyone who is interested in having her play at their special occasion.

If I could give Kirsten a higher rating than five, I would. Matter of fact, her true rating is off the charts. She played beautifully during my wedding and made a lasting memory for me. She was the icing on the cake. To be completely honest, she made the wedding what it was. Without her there, it would not have been the same. I could go on forever about how impressed my husband and I were. Our guest could not stop talking about her. If you desire an unforgettable event, hire Kirsten to play!

I hired Kirsten to perform at my daughter's wedding. The music was beautiful and I was so pleased with the performance. It was just the right touch to add elegance and class to our celebration. Kirsten is a saint of a teacher through her patient, thoughtful teaching. Although I have played other instruments, playing the harp is very unique and Kirsten knew how to hang in there with me and guide me as well as find creative ways to make it fun and easy to learn to play.
